Job Title:         Etiquette Instructor

Position Summary:

       This position is interactive and teaches courtesy and respect through role-playing exercises as well as conducting educational assessment, testing, and instruction; completion of related documentation and reports; maintaining on-going student contact; maintaining public relations activities; maintaining student retention activities; and participation in staff and professional development activities.

       FLSA Status:  Non-Exempt
       Supervisory Responsibilities:  No

Qualifications:

Special Licenses and/or Certificates:
     A+ Certified and Certified Etiquette Facilitator preferred.
 
Education and/or Experience:
     Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 
Computer Skills:
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must have working knowledge and experience in:  Internet Explorer; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft Word; Microsoft PowerPoint; Windows Operating System.
