Job Title:         Training and Development Intern

Position Summary:

The intern will support The Ervin Academy (TEA) Training and Development department in designing training courses; assisting in facilitating classes; assist in maintaining databases, and setting up training classrooms.

FLSA Status:  Non-Exempt
Supervisory Responsibilities:  No

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
     Junior or Senior in a four-year college or university
 
Computer Skills:
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must have working knowledge and experience in:  Internet Explorer; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft Word; Microsoft PowerPoint; Windows Operating System.
